I LOVE this office. Dr. Andrea and Dr. Glenn are absolutely amazing. I went to them regarding a skin issue I’d had for years. Other doctors had brushed it off but Andrea and Glenn explained exactly what is happening with my skin and created a plan for me that would help. Dr. Tse is so amazing, she’s patient and always takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I did the Moxi laser procedure about a month ago and my results were amazing. Dr. Tse and the whole team at Optimal U are truly amazing. Dr. Tse is very knowledgeable and provided me with realistic expectations on my skincare goals and timeframe. She takes the time to really listen to you and personalize your care. She prioritizes client experience over profit, and her whole team is very kind. I went in for a consultation with a certain treatment (that was more costly) in mind, but she actually let me know my goals could be achieved with a less invasive and less expensive treatment. I do not live close, and I drive 2 hours each direction to see her. However, I will continue to do so because I feel so strongly that she is worth it!
