2.3. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment. If your payment is unsuccessful, your appointment will not be confirmed.


3. Membership and Subscriptions

3.1. Membership Program
Optimal U Clinic offers a concierge medicine membership program, which includes access to in-depth evaluations, follow-up visits, and other benefits. By enrolling in the membership, you agree to the membership fees, renewal terms, and any applicable terms related to the program.

3.2. Cancellation and Pausing Membership
You may pause your membership after the minimum 4-month contract. Any cancellations or pauses must be requested as specified in the membership terms. After cancellation, a Basic Access Pass can be maintained for discounted supplements.
